DESCRIPTION

VIEW A – Relaxed Roman Shade and Valance are both fully lined and feature decorative bead trim along the bottom edges. Rows of plastic rings stitched to the back of the shade are threaded with roman shade cording, enabling shade to be raised and lowered. The bottom edge of the shade relaxes into a graceful curve. The valance has a 7" (18cm) finished depth and features pleats at each end. Your fabric width determines the width shade you can make as there is no seaming – see Fabric Requirement Chart for size range. Shade and valance are easily stapled to a 1" × 3" (2.5cm × 7.5cm) board.

VIEW B – Empire Valance is contrast lined and features a varying number of swags and bells depending upon window width. The top of the bells form tabs that slide easily over a pole. Trim highlights the tabs and bottom edge of the valance. The finished depth from the top of the pole to the bottom of the swag is approximately 21" (52.5cm). The side length of the valance is approximately 35" (87.5cm). There are two swags for window widths 28-37" (70-92.5cm); three swags for window widths 38-49" (95-122.5cm); four swags for window widths 50-65" (125-162.5cm); and five swags for window widths 66-80" (165-200cm); and six swags for window widths 81-96" (202.5-240cm).

VIEW C – Royal Valance is contrast lined and features a varying number of swags and bells depending upon our pre-determined valance size. Trim highlights the bottom edge of the entire valance. The finished depth is approximately 16" (40cm). There are two swags for valance sizes 32" and 36" (80 and 90cm); three swags for valance sizes 44" and 52" (110 and 130cm); four swags for valance sizes 58" and 66" (145 and 165cm); and five swags for valance sizes 72" and 82" (180 and 205cm). Valance is easily stapled to a 1" × 3" (2.5cm × 7.5cm) board.

VIEW D – Hobbled Trim Shade is a fully lined, working shade and features easy-to-follow instructions which eliminate all calculating. Soft folds are formed by stitching purchased 6" (15cm) ring tape to the back of the shade. Ribbon and bead trim highlight the shade. Your fabric width determines the width of the shade you can make as there is no seaming - see Fabric Requirement Chart for size range. This shade can be made in nine predetermined finished lengths: 32", 38", 44", 50", 56", 62", 68", 74", 80" (80, 95, 110, 125, 140, 155, 170, 185, 200cm). Shade is easily mounted on a 1" × 1" or 1" × 2" (2.5 × 2.5cm or 2.5 × 5cm) board.
