Do you sometimes feel like you need space the size of a continent for your sewing needs? The Aussie may not be the size of the Australian continent, but it is close! When fully extended with the quilt leaf and caddy extension it measures 99 1/2" wide by 80 1/2" deep, for an amazing total of 31 1/2 square feet of sewing space. But don't let these measurements scare you, when completely closed it takes up only 49 3/4" by 22".

With so much surface area the Aussie is ideal for quilting or large sewing projects and has plenty of room for a sewing machine, serger, and computer. The rolling caddy can be placed in two convenient locations on the cabinet, and tucks neatly away when not in use. The lift mechanism moves your sewing machine up and down in three separate positions–flat-bed, free-arm, and storage. Drawers and trays keep your sewing notions and tools close at hand. Casters make it easy to move around, and the cabinet is lockable for child safety. The Aussie is offered in Beech (pictured), Teak (item K8605), and White Ash (item K8611) melamine to complement the full line of Kangaroo Kabinets, and can be ordered fully assembled or ready-to-assemble.
